This is Lance.  One of Paula's favorite fosters.
Poor Lance had a very tough life until he met Paula.  Paula gave Lance the love and care he needed.  Unfortunately he passed away in April 2009.  At least his last days were spent happily in the care of Paula and his good friend BK.
