What is your minimum order?
There is no minimum for retail orders. You may order as many ornaments as you like.

Do you offer discounts for larger quantities?
Yes, if you are ordering 50 pieces or more. Please call for a quote.

What are your payment terms?
All orders must be pre-paid by Master Card, Visa. Discover or American Express.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?
If the ornament is damaged due to shipping or misspelled due to our error, it will be replaced. Otherwise, all sales are final.

How long has Deb & Co. been in business?
Deb & Co. was established by Debi Allison in 1979.

What are your ornaments made of?
All ornaments are handmade from polymer clay. Each original is handcrafted and designed by Debi in her studio in Buena Vista, VA.

What are your shipping charges?
All orders incur a $5.60 shipping and handling charge for one or two ornaments plus .50 cents each additional ornament over two. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and in most cases arrives in just 2 to 3 days.We also offer overnight shipping. Please call for a quote.

Do you ship to foreign countries?
Yes. However shipping charges are higher. You will be sent an e-mail with an estimate of shipping charges once your order has been placed.

When can I expect my order?
Your order will be processed the day of your request, please allow one week from this date for shipping and handling.

Can an order be changed once placed?
No. All ornaments are personalized therefore once placed, no changes can be made.

Can I change the colors or size of the ornaments?
No. We do not take any custom orders other than the personalization.

Can I order through out the year?
Yes.

What are your business hours?
Our regular office hours are Monday-Friday 10:00 AM-5:00 PM EST, However you can place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our internet site. You may also fax orders to (540) 261-8972.

What is the deadline for Christmas delivery?
We recommend that you order not later than December 20th due to the overload of common carrier and postal services during the holidays.

How many letters can you fit on an ornament?
It depends on the ornament you are interested in. Each ornament has a different spacing area. We will do our very best to accommodate your requests.
